Crusberg Properties is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team, Harry and Donna Crusberg. Their properties are located across California and Arizona. Our property partners and some of our locations are, John R. Posthuma of Pasadena, Scott Decker of Camarillo, Matt Fuller of Corona, and Joe Ciaglia of Upland. Our tenants are the most valuable asset of our company, so we do the best to understand the needs of today’s tenant.

Safety Tips!
Please remember to regularly check your smoke and carbon monoxide dectors to ensure they're working properly. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) recommends that homeowners test their smoke alarms at least once a month using the test button. This is the case for both battery-powered and hard-wired smoke alarms.
